Introduction
Welcome to Folyeo AB , an online scheduling and appointment management platform. By accessing or utilizing our services, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “TOS”). If you do not agree to these TOS, you are prohibited from accessing or utilizing our services.
The TOS governs the use of our platform and services, including all features and functionalities and all content, information, and materials made available through our services. The TOS also governs any software provided to you as a part of our services.
By accessing or utilizing our services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS and any other agreements, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or linked from this TOS, including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy.
Service Description
Our platform provides various scheduling and appointment management services, including appointment booking, calendar integration, and customer management tools. Our services are designed to help businesses and professionals manage their appointments and client interactions more efficiently.
Examples of services included are:
- online appointment booking,
- calendar integration,
- payment integration,
- customer management tools, and
- other services that may be added from time to time.
Account Registration
To access and utilize our services, you are required to register for an account with us. During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including, without limitation, your name, email address, and other contact information.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete and that you will keep your account information up-to-date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or security breach.
Payment and Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis, and you pay either monthly or yearly fees. The subscription pricing may change from time to time at the company’s discretion. Paid accounts can be subscribed to on a month-to-month basis, on an annual basis, or at another time, as more fully explained on our pricing page.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the fees associated with your subscription. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.
Paid accounts will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel the account by the end of the then-current subscription period. In the Folyeo app, you can cancel your account at any time by going to the “billing” page under the “account” menu. Cancellation will be effective immediately. Please note that after you cancel your account, you may not be able to use or access the platform, and you will not be entitled to refund any fees you’ve paid.
If you cancel your subscription, there will be no refund for the current subscription period.
BY CREATING A PAID ACCOUNT, YOU CONSENT TO ALLOW TREFFAS TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH ITS PAYMENT PROCESSORS, FOR THE AMOUNTS DUE FOR YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED OR TERMINATED. PLEASE PRINT OUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by you. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but there will be no refund for the current subscription period.
Use of Service
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those related to data privacy, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You further agree not to use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or any third party’s use of our services.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using our services to engage in fraud, deception, or other illegal activities; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our services or any other systems or networks connected to our services; or using our services to transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive code.

Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
In the event of termination, you will no longer be able to access or utilize our services, and we will not provide any refund for any terminated subscriptions.
Governing Law
These of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden, and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Educational Use
Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Folyeo reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to canceling your User account, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties, and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information, as allowed under our Privacy Policy. You agree to promptly notify Trefass if you are made aware of any unauthorized or illegal use of the Website.
Notices and Messages
By using the Services, you consent to receive emails from us. These emails may include notices about applicable fees and charges, transactional information, and other information concerning or related to the Services. These emails are part of your relationship with us. By scheduling a meeting as an Invitee with a Folyeo User, you consent to receive transactional emails related to the scheduled meeting (e.g. booking confirmations and reminders). If, as an Invitee, you provide your phone number for text notifications, you also consent to receive SMS notifications from Folyeo related to the scheduled meeting between you and the Folyeo User.
You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. You agree to keep your contact information up to date, and to monitor your email settings to ensure that you receive emails from us at your discretion and as necessary. If, as an Invitee and/or Folyeo User you do consent to the use of SMS notifications as described herein, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy when sending and/or receiving such SMS notifications.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites and do not endorse them. By accessing or utilizing these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and are subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.
Unauthorized Activities
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, cracking, and phishing. Any unauthorized access to our services will result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to limit or restrict use of our services for excessive or abusive use. Examples of excessive or abusive use include, but are not limited to, using automated scripts or bots to access our services or using our services to engage in any form of spamming or phishing.
Beta Features
We may make beta features available for testing and feedback. These features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or that they will be made available for any particular period of time. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of beta features.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Folyeo AB and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms.
Entire Agreement
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Folyeo AB and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Assignment
We may assign these terms of service at any time, but you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
